Congradulations to our brilliant centre back Catriona Phelan on being chosen as Laois Camogie Player of the year for 2009. A natural leader with an incredable ability to read the game of camogie, she is long overdue recognition by her peers.
Louise Mahony picked up a Soaring Star award at the 2009 camogie all stars. The Soaring Star awards are the All Stars for the Junior grade of counties.
